Mohammad A Salameh — Lead Flutter Developer
Kuwait City
Flutter lead by title. End-to-end by habit. I lead mobile teams — and when a project needs it, I’m also the backend developer, the QA, the project manager and the sysadmin. Languages change; fundamentals don’t. Design patterns, SOLID and clean architecture are what I carry into every layer, from the first screen to the server it runs on.

Projects
An open-source CLI that turns one Flutter codebase into many branded client apps — names, packages, icons, Firebase, builds and store uploads.
Creator & maintainer · 2025 — now · Dart, CLI / TUI, Flutter, Firebase CLI, Fastlane, Launcher icons & splash
The hard part: Every new client of a white-label app meant hours of manual renaming, re-branding, Firebase wiring and store releases — and every manual step was a chance to ship the wrong config.
What I built: A Dart CLI with an interactive terminal UI: per-client configs, package renaming built in, icon and splash generation, a generated config class for the app, and a CI mode with no prompts.
Result: Started as an internal tool at Safeersoft, where it cut white-label development time by 60%. Now public on pub.dev with 140/160 pub points, MIT-licensed.

The point-of-sale app that runs fuel pumps and EV chargers inside gas stations — on isolated station networks, on many POS terminals, with any payment gateway.
POS app developer + backend (Node.js) · 2024 — 2026 · Flutter, BLoC, WebSockets, UDP broadcast, NFC, Network printing, WebView, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker
The hard part: Stations run on completely isolated networks, each with its own hardware, gateways and rules. The same app had to drive several fuel and charging sessions at once, switch between pay-first and service-first flows, and run on terminals from different manufacturers.
What I built: A gateway-agnostic payment layer (one interface, many gateway implementations, chosen at startup from the device serial), WebSocket session control, a WebView session monitor, NFC reading, invoice printing with network-printer discovery and selection, and — on the Node.js side — the FuelPay Central portal and station relay for remote deployment.
Result: Adding a new terminal or gateway became configuration instead of a rewrite. The self-update pipeline worked end-to-end in development before I moved on.

A multi-tenant HR platform serving 20+ companies in Jordan from one app and one backend — attendance, leaves, approvals, loans and payslips.
Mobile lead + backend · 2024 — 2026 · Flutter, BLoC, MVVM, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Fastlane, Shorebird
The hard part: One backend and one app for 20+ companies, each with its own policies, workflows and data — without letting a single tenant’s change break another’s.
What I built: Led the mobile app and worked on the multi-tenant Node.js backend (PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker). Client-branded builds were generated with Clonify and released through Fastlane and GitLab CI, with Shorebird for over-the-air fixes.
Result: Release cycles 40% shorter after automating CI/CD. The app is live on Google Play as Bonobo HR.
Google Play (as Bonobo HR)
A macOS workspace launcher: one command opens a project’s editors, browser tabs, terminals, Docker services and apps exactly where you left them.
Author · 2026 · Python, CLI, AppleScript, Docker Compose
What I built: One config file per project describes every window — VS Code or Cursor, browser tabs, Terminal or iTerm2 tabs, Docker services, apps and scripts — and wsmux can capture the current desktop into it.
GitHub · PyPI
A smart-home app to monitor and control doors, curtains, ACs and locks in real time, across multiple locations.
Junior Flutter developer · 2024 · Flutter, Cubit, MVVM, Dio
What I built: Authentication, device-control screens and user management; REST integration with caching and auth; MVVM with Cubit for modular state.
Result: User engagement up 35% through a more responsive UI.
